Can the photos be faked?
GPS position and time are sealed by our servers the moment a photo is sent — never taken on trust from the phone alone. A photo taken outside the site's zone is automatically flagged "off-site", and a photo sent long after it was actually taken is shown as such.
How can I be sure the money I sent is actually being spent on the site?
You log every transfer to the site supervisor; the dashboard automatically compares it against the spending they justify in their reports. Any gap — money sent but not yet covered by a matching expense — shows up immediately, no manual reconciliation needed.
What if the site supervisor stops sending updates?
The dashboard flags field silence as soon as a site goes too long without a report, and you get an automatic alert — no need to watch the calendar yourself.
Does the report hold up with a bank?
