1. Purpose
ChantierView is a remote construction site monitoring platform. It lets a client create a project, invite a site supervisor, track progress (geotagged and timestamped photos, weekly reports) and reconcile money sent against justified expenses.
2. Accounts and roles
Three roles exist: Client (project owner), Site supervisor (submits field reports, invited by the client) and Office admin (multi-project management). Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials.
3. Content and evidence
Photos, amounts and comments submitted on the platform are the responsibility of their author. ChantierView timestamps and geolocates photos server-side (never from file metadata, which can be forged) but does not guarantee the accuracy of user-declared content (expenses, budget revision reasons, disbursements).
4. Public share links
A client can generate a read-only public link for a project, viewable by anyone who holds it, without authentication. This link excludes financial data (budget, expenses, disbursements). The client can revoke it at any time.
5. Availability
The platform is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability. Maintenance interruptions may occur.
6. Termination
An account may be suspended in case of fraudulent or abusive use. A user may request deletion of their account and data at any time.
